R&D Process Engineering Specialist (Baked Goods)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assisting in designing various products, drawing product sketches, determining product dimensions, and creating mockups of proposed products.
• Providing ideas for new product development or product renovation.
• Testing R&D production process upgrades and new process systems.
• Supporting the design, installation, and commission of new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades.
• Monitoring the production process for the product category.
• Providing recommendations and ideas related to production process development for the product category.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Food Technology/Food Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Research & Development Process Engineering, especially in baked goods (biscuits, wafers, etc.).
• Expert in researching and developing new process technology, techniques, or equipment that can be transferred and commercialized into new products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in our Factory in Majalengka, West Java, Indonesia.
