Production Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage Daily Production: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
• Maintain Product Quality: Enforce quality control standards and address any issues to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Team: Train, motivate, and manage production foreman, operator and helper while resolving conflicts and ensuring effective teamwork.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize Processes: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Monitor Inventory: Oversee raw materials and packaging supplies to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Report and Document: Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and records.
• Collaborate on Maintenance: Work with the maintenance team to ensure optimal machine performance and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
• Have at least 3 years of experience in handling Wafer or Biscuit products.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Have a good knowledge about production processes and machinery.
• Have a good understanding of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), GMP, ISO, HACCP, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, quality, and implementing new ones as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
