About this position

Nabati Group is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager Overseas to manage financial operations for one or more countries outside Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
• Manage finance & accounting lifecycle
• Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
• Perform regular financial analysis
• Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
• Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts and identifying the country's financial status

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major
• Minimum 8 years in FMCG / Distribution Company responsible for finance/accounting, reporting, and FP&A
• Have experiences handling overseas business
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skill
• Experience in using SAP
• Willing to be placed in Overseas Country (On-Site)
