This position will be based in Pasuruan, East Java. The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in strategic planning and overseeing the entire supply chain process, from raw material importation to product creation and distribution. This role ensures that supply meets client demand while continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency in planning, production, and delivery.
• Lead inventory and logistics management, including budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for the supply chain.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage physical inventories.
• Analyze inventory and procedures to minimize obsolete stock.
• Develop and manage production schedules and capacity planning.
• Oversee S&OP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between tactical and strategic goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop crisis management plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flows and supply chain efficiency.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and implement VMI/CPFR programs.
• Develop supply chain policies, sustainability plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Align supply chain capabilities with business market strategies.
• Lead supply chain execution and provide operational leadership.
• Collaborate with global and regional supply chain teams to enhance execution capabilities.
• Stay updated on supply chain technology and develop data analytics and reporting systems.
• Work with departments and stakeholders to secure necessary resources for an effective supply chain.
• Engage with business leadership to align supply chain design with strategic goals.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, FSQR, and EHS teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with global leadership to prioritize and implement supply chain initiatives.
• Minimum 10-15 years of work experience with degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or Engineering preferred.
• Following certifications are a plus: ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, CTSC, CPSM.
