Ops Strategic Project Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Working closely with the management to coordinate tasks across all of the sub-departments including Expansion, Setup, Club Ops, and Commercial.
• Track OKRs for all of the sub-departments.
• Coordinate and manage pending projects & detailed timelines across all these sub-departments.
• Handle some special projects where necessary for some of these sub-departments, especially cross-functional projects.
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of fairly working experience (ideally 2 years in strategy consulting and 2 years in start-ups like CEO Office or Strategy) with excellent project management skills.
• Excellency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets & Slides), and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
