About this position

As a Learning Officer at FIT HUB, you will be part of the Learning and Development Team, contributing to workforce development and enhancing organizational capabilities through effective training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for our Fitness Consultant, Customer Service, and Cleaning Service, up to the supervisor level, ensuring that content is delivered effectively and aligns with organizational goals.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training experiences to enhance the learning process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training result reports, including assessments of participant performance and feedback.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to user inquiries, addressing concerns and providing additional support on training needs.
• Work on training modules, making changes and improvements based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
• Utilize competency matrices to assess trainees and tailor training content to address specific competency gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Training Facilitator with at least 1 year of sales experience to help deliver practical training methods.
• Proven experience in conducting training sessions with multiple methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
