Learning Officer - Personal Trainer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with leaders and managers to organize impactful internal training sessions for the club's personal trainers.
• Serve as a mentor to support and guide all newly hired Personal Trainers in your region.
• Design and implement effective learning strategies for cluster trainers across clubs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through systematic assessments to enhance employee performance.
• Deliver training materials that leverage your expertise and add value to the learning experience.
• Partner with a learning assistant to produce insightful and regular reports for stakeholders.
• Actively engage in strategic business and HR projects, such as the FIT HUB Challenge and marketing activities, to drive growth and innovation.
• Provide comprehensive club visit reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
• Possess a university degree from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of at least 2 years of work experience in the field of personal trainer.
• Have a background in overseeing personal trainer development initiatives.
• Hold a certification in personal trainer.
• Proven experience in conducting training sessions with multiple methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
