HR Generalist - Contract (Surabaya)
About this position
The HR Generalist - Contract position in Surabaya involves serving as a key point of contact for employees, supporting recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
• Support the recruitment process for the east area and work closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Support the online and offline recruitment activities and process, including walk-in interviews and job fairs.
• Manage relationships with third parties to support employer branding and industrial relations functions (government organizations, campus, community, etc.)
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding process for exit employees.
• Collaborate with Industrial Relations to manage employee relations issues and disputes in designated departments.
• Manage employee administration, database, and reports
Requirements
• Bachelor degree, with minimum 2 years of experience in HR function.
• Previous experiences in recruitment and HR operations for retail business are preferable.
• Organized and reliable, and good communication skill.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
• Quick to adapt with a new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
• Strong knowledge in labor law, and keep up-to-date with the government regulations.
