Posisi Customer Service di FIT HUB bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan informasi, menangani keluhan, dan memastikan pencapaian target sales.
Responsibilities
• Memberikan informasi mengenai produk dan layanan FIT HUB
• Menangani dan menyelesaikan keluhan ataupun pertanyaan dari member
• Melakukan follow up kepada member yang akan & sudah bergabung
• Memastikan tercapainya target sales bulanan untuk renewal (perpanjangan) membership
Requirements
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service minimal 1 tahun
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam pencapaian target sales bulanan akan lebih disukai
• Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang FIT HUB yang telah ditentukan
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di industri gym akan lebih disukai
• Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan & memiliki tanggung jawab yang tinggi
