Club Manager (Surabaya)
About this position
The Club Manager in Surabaya is responsible for leading and managing the overall Club business and team to achieve specific KPIs and budgets while ensuring excellent member service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgets
• Take overall responsibility for attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results
• Club budget and company’s objectives and KPIs
• Manage the day to day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence
• Ensure the delivery of an excellent member service
• Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members and build new lead generation plan and identify new business opportunities
• Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager/Club Manager or 5 years experience as Sales Manager/Fitness Manager in gym Industry
• Good leadership skills with successful track record of developing people and spotting talent
• Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges
• Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills
• Good communication skills with all levels of the business
• Ability to communicate both verbally and writing in English as well as in Bahasa
• Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
