The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing the warehouse team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and developing and monitoring operational objectives.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing goods.
• Ensure warehouse processes are in line with SOP and company regulations.
• Manage and direct the warehouse operational team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee inventory processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of stock.
• Develop and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to measure warehouse operational performance and make improvements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field, such as Business/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operational processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent data processing and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Organized and detail-oriented.
