About this position

The Supervisor Internal Auditor position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent, with preference for experience in Retail/Manufacturing Internal Auditor field. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, are necessary for this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all staff carry out the work in accordance with SOP.
• Maintain inventory control by regularly conducting physical stock counts.
• Overseeing and managing the entire flow of warehouse operations, including planning, ordering, inbound receiving, warehousing, sales order processing, and delivery.
• To establish and uphold an efficient system of internal controls and standard operating procedures for the Warehouse functions.
• Checking the facilities or assets and report if it finds conditions that are not in accordance with company standards.
• Communicates the audit findings by reporting the result to the related department.
• Preparing a final report at the end of the month.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent.
• Internship or 1 year of experience specialized in Retail/Manufacturing Internal Auditor field is preferred.
• Understand compliance/operational audit.
• Able to work as an individually.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
