About this position

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for creating and developing business plans, identifying business trends in the healthcare industry, and negotiating with key partners to achieve effective results.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop company business plans and business forecasts
• Routinely look for leading health partners for company distribution
• Conduct daily negotiations with KOLs, Key Account customers, and corporate healthcare partners to achieve fair and effective results
• Identify business trends in the healthcare industry (especially in local markets)
• Provide insight into product development and company business strategy
• Meet with potential principals to discuss company offerings and negotiate business deals

Requirements

• At least posses bachelor's degree majoring in Biomedical Science, Biology, Pharmacy, Economy, Business, or Marketing (Preferably)
• Having knowledge in feasibility study
• At least 1 year working in Business Development or related field is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Understand business trends in the healthcare industry (especially in the local market)
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Creative, innovative, and self-motivated
