About this position
Responsibilities
• Process hospital/ clinic agreement (negotiation, review, printing, signing and sending to hospital clinic)
• Handling Complain regarding Provider and TPA Services
• Processing internal request for event support (looking for providers to support and ensure all request are appropriate)
• Provide MCU Letter for client based on schedule and send to providerLaboratory
• Provide Monthly Report of Provider and TPA
• Support reconcile and payment information for Providers
• Administrative support for Provider Managements team
Requirements
• All Majors
• Experienced in building relationships with Hospitals
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Sum IF, Pivot)
