The Senior Talent Acquisition role involves leading the full recruitment process for senior and specialized positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting the recruitment team.
Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Spearhead the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on senior, specialized, and management-level positions. Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs, while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment process from application through onboarding. Focus on creating a top-notch candidate experience.
• Mentorship: Assist the Recruitment Lead in mentoring and training junior recruiters. Support the ongoing professional growth of the recruitment team by providing day-to-day guidance and sharing best practices.
• Recruitment Strategy Support & Branding: Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand. Execute sourcing strategies aligned with the overall recruitment goals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Assist in preparing and delivering recruitment reports to the Recruitment Lead, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the hiring process and outcomes.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their recruitment needs, coordinate interviews, and ensure the alignment of candidate profiles with role requirements. Provide feedback and insights to support decision-making.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions, particularly in high-demand areas, to support business continuity and growth.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of recruiting for senior, specialized, and management-level positions, especially in the ICT or technology sector.
• Strong experience in sourcing and hiring technical roles, such as software engineers, IT specialists, and other tech professionals, with an understanding of the specific challenges and strategies involved in recruiting tech talent.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to meet recruitment needs, especially in technical departments, and align with business goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates, stakeholders, and team members, particularly in technical discussions.
• Experience in mentoring junior recruiters and supporting their professional growth, with a focus on enhancing tech recruitment capabilities.
• Proficient in using data to create recruitment reports, offer insights, and improve the hiring process. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tech-specific recruitment tools is essential.
• Experience in supporting recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top tech talent.
