Its main services and products are consultancy, software customization & implementation assistance, education & training, software and hardware, system integration, e-commerce, networking and communication, IT Security and maintenance service. Intikom integrates its in-house application software and product for video recording , named Stream (finance, property, payroll, etc) and IVR for voice recording. Intikom special focus is on banking, finance, manufacturing, distribution, hospital, pharmaceutical, chemical, insurance, retail, automotive, and mining industries--both for government and private sector.

About this position

The Sales Acquisition Specialist is responsible for strategically sourcing leads, engaging with prospects, conducting tailored presentations, navigating the sales process, onboarding clients, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Strategically source potential leads using a variety of methods (digital platforms, networking, etc.).
• Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and personalized meetings to introduce our solutions.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client's needs, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
• Navigate the entire sales process, from initial contact to securing the purchase order, with a keen eye on detail and client satisfaction.
• Handover successfully onboarded clients to the management team for ongoing account maintenance, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in the SaaS or digital product space.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to the sales process.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a larger team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
