Lead Technical Recruiter
About this position
The Lead Technical Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Establish relationships with Sales and users to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team
• Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years as a Lead Recruiter, preferably in the technology industry
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
