About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage and configure Forcepoint-based Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems to ensure effective implementation of data-related policies.
• Perform policy tuning and adjustments as needed, including restrictions on data that can be received or sent.
• Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to resolve issues related to Forcepoint DLP.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth customer operations, including those in the banking sector.
• Work during the second shift schedule, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Level 2 Support or in a role involving corrective maintenance.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in managing DLP systems, particularly Forcepoint.
• Proficiency in configuration, policy tuning, and troubleshooting Forcepoint DLP.
• Familiarity with data management requirements in the banking sector is a plus.
• Willingness to work the second shift (4:00 PM–11:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
