About this position

The L1 Monitoring (DLP) position involves monitoring incidents and trends related to Data Loss Prevention, providing reports, and supporting investigations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of incidents, trends, and provide feedback.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to DLP monitoring results, including: Incident reports, Trend monitoring reports (policy, user, etc.), System Health Daily Report, Privileged Threat Analytics Daily Report, and informative reports with charts and graphs.
• Handle complaints (troubleshooting, root cause identification, and problem-solving related to DLP).
• Support investigations by providing in-depth analysis of security incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (MI/TI).
• Possess DLP Administration certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Loss Prevention management.
• Knowledge and experience in Windows/Unix system administration, Active Directory, IPv4 network concepts (e.g., IP addresses, routing, URLs, proxies, gateways, and firewalls), Mail Transfer Agent concepts, and core Cybersecurity concepts.
• Knowledge and experience in Personal Data Protection and Data Privacy.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
