About this position
The IT Onsite Support position involves providing technical assistance to customers and staff, ensuring system performance, and maintaining network security.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems and processes are running efficiently.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
• Perform system maintenance tasks, including system upgrades and patches.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access levels.
• Monitor network security and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and document processes.
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in system administration and technical support for 3+ years.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willing to be placed in a banking or financial company.
