HR Officer
About this position
Skyworx Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee development, and industrial relations within a dynamic environment that offers growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to onboarding and training new employees.
• HR Administrative Tasks: Prepare and manage HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and monthly reports (Turnover, Employee Pass Probation, Warning Letter Reports).
• Industrial Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain positive relationships between management and employees to foster a harmonious work environment.
• Organizational Development: Develop employee ranking systems, job descriptions, and conduct assessments for promotions and staff rotations.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance evaluation system, tracking and analyzing staff performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• SOP Development: Develop and refine HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance departmental efficiency and streamline operations.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
• Preferred: Bachelors degree in law.
• Also considered: Bachelors degree in human resource, psychology, or business administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
