About this position
Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth and normal operation of the building
• Coordinate all field staff to achieve optimal performance (security, technicians, cleaning service)
• Control the operations of rental buildings
• Create budgets and reports on the income and expenses of the building monthly
• Create utility bills for all tenants and review them
• Receive and follow up on all complaints from tenants or related to the building
• Coordinate tenant renovation activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of building operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
