Admin Officer Marketing
About this position
The Admin Officer Marketing will be responsible for assisting in marketing administrative activities, including record-keeping, scanning, distribution of documents, and inputting data into the marketing system.
Responsibilities
• Assist in marketing administrative activities
• Assist in recording incoming and outgoing Marketing correspondence
• Scan marketing documents for archiving (E-Filling)
• Distribute letters to relevant departments
• Archive Marketing team letters in both soft and hard copies
• Assist the marketing team in distributing documents to other departments (such as operational cost claims)
• Administrative process input in the marketing system
Requirements
• Minimum age of 23 years
• Minimum D3 education in Accounting/Accounting Computer/Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing Administration
• Able to perform documentation and administrative system tasks well
• Flexible, agile, honest, loyal, hardworking, and responsible
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team and have high initiative
• Proficient in Ms Office (Advanced in Ms Excel) and Outlook
