PT Intera Lestari Polimer, formerly under PT Inter Aneka Lestari Kimia, is an Indonesian company manufacturing plastic masterbatches and polymer compounds since 1990, which later on in 2009 developed bio-polymer compounds. In 2011, we introduced biodegradable bags to the local market. Further technical development gave us the confidence to engage in the international market with ENVIPLAST® bio-based pellets and film/bags.
We work harmoniously to provide first-rate products and services to our external and internal customers in terms of consistency in quality and reliability, in response to the customers' needs and growth, while ensuring continuous innovations and improvements as well as the safety and health of our employees in their work environment.

About this position
Responsibilities
• Mengoperasikan mesin sesuai dengan POP agar proses produksi berjalan dengan lancar
• Melakukan pengamatan terhadap hasil produksi
• Melakukan proses Produksi sesuai Work Instruction (WI), agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat sesuai Permintaan
• Melakukan perawatan mandiri terhadap mesin produksi, panel produksi dan lingkungan kerja produksi, agar dalam keadaan bersih dan terawat
Requirements
• Pendidikan minimal SMK Sederajat
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator produksi minimal 1 - 2 tahun
• Cepat, teliti, rajin dan jujur dalam bekerja
• Bersedia kerja shift
• Mau bekerja keras dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
• Mampu membedakan warna secara benar dan akurat
• Lebih disukai jika sudah melaksanakan vaksinasi sampai booster 1 / vaksin 3 (minimal vaksin 2)
• Bersedia mengikuti proses di Daan Mogot, Tangerang
• Penempatan Balaraja - Tangerang, Banten
