Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth and meet targets in the US market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the B2B sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide timely and effective reports on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive product innovation.
• Travel to the US as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and develop business opportunities.
Requirements
• Native or Professional English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Food Industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and business culture.
• Ability to travel frequently to the US.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
