About this position

The Supervisor Produksi is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations while leading a team of production staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow.
• Monitor production lines and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of production staff.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance, inventory) to ensure production goals are met.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare production reports and present findings to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
