About this position

The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, while developing production schedules and coordinating with suppliers and various departments to facilitate smooth production processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan the availability of RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packaging Materials), and FG (Finished Goods) from third-party suppliers, as well as develop production planning schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage and control the availability of materials and products in alignment with current demand.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely product delivery.
• Create and release weekly production schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Analyze data and perform problem-solving to address any production or supply chain issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of planning software and tools (e.g., ERP, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
