About this position

The Manager Quality Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and developing quality control systems to ensure the safety and quality consistency of products in the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industry.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and developing quality control systems such as sampling systems, methods and quality inspection procedures, from raw materials to the final product used by the customer so that the safety and quality consistency of all products can be guaranteed.
• Coordinate the preparation and control of quality documents that are carried out according to company policy.
• Prepare, develop and implement quality systems
• Responding to quality complaints from customers and designing systems to control and follow up on deviations according to these complaints.
• Conducting audits to determine the accuracy of implementation and effectiveness of standards and quality systems and continuously strives to improve the applicable quality standards.
• Responsible for the smoothness / success of the External Audit / Customer Audit
• Identifying the need for improvement/improvement of the management system performance and following up on it for the need for continuous maintenance & improvement of the system
• Create an internal audit plan & management review meeting and ensure its realization
• Monitor the achievement of company and department targets & ensure the realization of follow-up on non-compliance with achievements
• Ensure that documentation is always updated when there are changes in the implementation of the quality management system
• Ensuring product safety systems, regulatory compliance and quality run according to specified requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma majoring in Chemistry/Pharmacist.
• Experienced in certification of ISO quality procedures such as 9001, Halal, CPKB/CPOB.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a QC Manager in the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industry.
• Have good computer skills including Microsoft Office and database.
• Have skills & knowledge of quality control tools, concepts and methodologies.
• Have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, especially ISO 9001, Halal, CPKB/CPOB.
• Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques.
• Have experience in handling Internal and External Audit Management Systems (ISO 9001, CPKB, GMP, and BPOM)
