The Admin Sales position requires a candidate with a minimum of a D3 degree in Accounting, at least 1 year of experience in the same field, and proficiency in computer operations, especially in Ms.Excel and SAP. The candidate should have good numerical skills and be able to work meticulously, systematically, and organized.
Responsibilities
• Inputting sales-related data
• Managing the budget needed for program activities
• Budget controlling
• Coordinating with internal and external parties related to the billing and payment processes
• Filing/documentation of data and correspondence
• Assisting in managing marketing materials to other departments related to marketing activities
• Processing data in the system
• Conducting stock opname
Requirements
• Maximum age of 30 years
• Minimum D3 degree in Accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in the same field
• Proficient in computer operations, especially in Ms.Excel with formulas
• Ability to operate SAP system (preferred)
• Good numerical skills
• Able to work meticulously, systematically, and organized
• Available to join immediately and willing to work 6 days a week
