About this position
Responsibilities
• Sales Execution
• Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business Services (increase revenue & wallet share).
• Evaluate and create programs to improve customer productivity in terms of service usage.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical, and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solutions and pricing needed by the customer.
• Coordinate with Major Events to retain customers and increase customer loyalty.
• Evaluate achievement of target production and revenue from customers in the resources & energy segment based on determined budget.
• Conduct reporting of sales activity performance.
• Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Development, and Technical functions concerning trends of services needed, market pricing, and customer potential.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge about B2B business models and sales methodologies.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure situations and able to meet short and long-term deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to be placed in Kendari.
