About this position

Responsible to handle end to end partnership business with Distributor - MP3 and their Sales team (DSE).

Responsibilities

• Partner management
• Manage all documentation and administration process regarding partner selection, recruitment, evaluation, and termination process; aligned with company regulation and law
• KPI Setting
• Translating company target into KPI for Partner
• Logic target setting for Partner with reference historical performance, area potential, and company target
• KPI implementation
• Clear communication and socialization on Partner KPI to both internal sales and Partner
• Performance monitoring
• Collaboration with Sales and Partner to improve the performance, identify rooms for improvement and tactical actions
• KPI performance
• Collaborate with Analytic team to prepare calculation and finalization on Partner KPI performance
• Communication with Partner on the KPI performance
• Ensure on time and accurate KPI payment to Partner
• Together with Channel Operation & Sales and Distribution (SnD) Head discuss with partners for performance improvement
• Partner Performance Review
• Analysis overall Partner performance
• Partner scoring and Analysis on the performance with Sales and Partner, and identify action plans and room for improvement
• Partner P&L
• Ensuring win-win partnership between Indosat and Partner
• Good P&L for Partner with good performance
• Cost Ratio
• Target to achieve company objective, with reasonable cost ratio and good P&L for partners

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in Channel or Trade business
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling partners (distributors or retailers)
• Partners program gamification aligned with company objective
• Advanced communication skill
• Strong analytical thinking
• Cost ratio analytical skill, thus advance in Ms Excel will be required
• Fast learner and willing to work out of office hour/weekend if needed
