About this position
Responsibilities
• To manage sales area performance cooperate with MPC
• Lead all resource at sales area level and to ensure all running well align to target
• Coordination with other support function to ensure target achievement
• Manage & motivate MPC team (Distribution Service, Availability & Visibility)
• Tracking & monitoring Distribution Service daily
• Manage sales team to execute excellence distribution
• Manage sale team to implementing merchandising guideline
• Leading sales team to achieve target
• Coordination & Motivation team everyday
• Executing trade/channel program from HQ/Area/Sales Area
• Manage & maintain continues growth (creativity to get the new point of income)
Requirements
• Background education min. bachelor degree in any major
• Having min. 7 years experiences in Sales & Marketing field especially telecommunication industry or retail
• Great leadership skill and good interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of local market, customer & outlet need, local competitors
• Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Understand product knowledge, trade/channel program & branding outlet
• Understand & implementation of sales application
• Mandatory to have driving license (Sim A)
