About this position
Support head of ESG is responsible for driving the implementation of Indosat' s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Framework. This role requires leadership in aligning ESG strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and advancing sustainability initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities
• Support head of ESG is responsible for driving the implementation of Indosat' s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Framework.
• This role requires leadership in aligning ESG strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and advancing sustainability initiatives across the company.
• The individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG integration into core operations, risk management, and reporting.
• Professional practices in ESG, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), or related areas are highly desirable.
Requirements
• Minimum has 5-8 years experience in ESG implementation.
• Sufficient skills and capabilities in conceptual & analytical thinking, target orientation, communication & well understanding of ESG issue include government policy, company strategy and Telecommunication industry.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific ESG trends, regulatory requirements, and global sustainability challenges.
• Familiarity with climate change, resource management, ethical governance, human rights, and corporate governance best practices.
• Analytical skills to prepare budget, evaluate performance and management reports.
