About this position

The AVP Corporate Social Media will lead Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s corporate social media presence to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and leadership positioning across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• The AVP Corporate Social Media will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s corporate social media presence.
• This includes driving audience growth, enhancing engagement, and ensuring alignment with the company’s digital transformation and leadership objectives.
• The role focuses on:
• Social media strategy and execution
• Content production oversight
• Audience engagement and online reputation management (ORM)
• Performance Analytics and Reporting

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
• 5 years of experience in managing major brand/corporate social media with proven success in developing content strategies and audience growth.
• Agency/digital consultancy experience would be a plus
• Social Media & Digital Media Management (Expert)
• Content Development, Strategy, & Storytelling (Advanced)
