AVP Business Development (Indosat Business)
About this position
Responsible for driving business solutioning growth within his/her vertical industry by enabling them to drive business growth, build strong partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead generation & account planning: Account Planning, industrial expert based on technology trends, fact Findings from client pain points and insight info, triggering new business initiatives with clients, orchestrating client requirements and internal capabilities
• Solution design & architecture (RFPs): Defining clear problem statement based on customer’s pain points/ needs, solutioning driven by recommending solution best practices and involving the required pre-sales experts based on customer needs, joint planning sessions for lead sharing and pursuing integrated opportunities
• Commercial proposal (RFQs): Responsible for putting together the client proposal (solution design, pricing, etc.), boxed solutions to be priced based on a predefined price list, bespoke services to be priced by Business Development and Solution Architect
• Client negotiation: present the solution to the customers and negotiate contract (with help from other functions as needed), responsible for contract signing & booking
• Service delivery: as part of steering committee, to align between delivery and plan
• Renewals: involved reviewing on renewals
Requirements
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Informatics System or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree can be advantageous.
• Certifications in project management and business analysis are preferred.
• Specialized knowledge in specific industry or sector.
• Work experienced as Account Manager, Business Development, Business Analyst, Product Manager in Solution Services or from reputable consulting service in Technology
• Work experienced within vertical industry as employee min 8 years
• Has broad relationship to private sectors or Government
• Updated technology trends, especially in ICT Business
• Experienced in project delivery
