The Quality Control AI Trainer position involves supervising manual and machine audit result feedback, participating in data annotation for machine quality inspection, and supporting SOP optimization.
Responsibilities
• Supervise manual and machine audit result feedback, and provide data annotation and analysis support.
• Participate in data annotation for machine quality inspection and provide feedback on model parameter adjustments.
• Support SOP optimization.
Requirements
• Experience in auditing work in telemarketing, collections, or customer services.
• Familiarity with data annotation for audit work, understanding machine quality inspection logic, including 'key words,' 'regular expressions,' and AI models.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Capable of data analysis for annotation work to identify and address problems.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and report writing skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
