Learning & Development Collection (English Speaker)
About this position
The Learning & Development Collection position requires an English speaker to conduct training, analyze performance, and improve team efficiency in the collection industry.
Responsibilities
• Regular training of performance, negotiation skill, compliance, new function and so on
• Special training when have new regulation, strategy and so on
• Analyze daily performance of agents/ TL and give improvement reaction plan of low performance
• Find issue in collection team and solve it with shortest time
• Communicate with other department, know about product knowledge and change, then give update to team
• Other task given by leaders
Requirements
• Have experience in collection industry, at least 3 years
• Have experience of hold training with big team and small scope both
• Fluent in English, being able to speak Chinese will be preferred
• Good at making PPT and other training materials
• Ability of cross-departmental communication
• Fast learner to learn new skill and new function
• Logical thinking, self-discipline, can contribute to work and help to improve the performance and compliance
• Responsible and target oriented
• Know well and have deep understanding of OJK regulation
