About this position
The Learning and Development Telemarketing position involves overseeing the training and performance of telemarketing agents to enhance their skills and ensure quality service.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring performance of telemarketing agents and scheduling for training and coaching session regularly
• Analyze call tracking from all agents to make sure the quality of the agent
• Identify the sales skill improvement for all telemarketing agents
• Create daily work improvement plan
• Administrative Task related to Telemarketing Department
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
• Ability to speak, write and talk in English is a must
• Minimum 3 year working experience in Telemarketing
• Experienced In Learning & Development in Telemarketing business Minimum 1 Year
• Experienced in Telemarketing Business as agents or team leader
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and positive attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and a team player
