About this position

The Desk Collection Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the collection team, ensuring effective management of accounts, and motivating agents to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and monitor the agents assigned accounts
• Review collection activities including customer contacts, PTP, call attempt, duration, and WhatsApp usage
• Team management, including motivating the agents
• Help the agents to solve problems
• Review the agents performance

Requirements

• 1 year experience as Collection Team Leader for legal fintech company
• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented
• Possess a valid AFPI Supervisory Certification
• Ready ASAP
