About this position

The Corporate Legal position requires a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in business law, compliance, and corporate legal actions, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Handling Business licenses, Compliance, and Company Legal Actions.
• Providing legal advice/opinion to the company.
• Engaging with legal/management officers across international teams/stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Master's Degree in legal studies (Hukum Bisnis) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 8 years of proven solid experience as a Legal Specialist/ Corporate Legal.
• Well understanding of the Law of Limited Liability, Investment, Construction, Renewable Energy, and Labor Law.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Good knowledge and skills in government licensing bureaucracy procedure, company certification, and corporate legality documents.
• Proficiency in legal research and adapting to evolving legal issues.
• High skills in contract drafting, review and strong negotiator.
• Strong analytic skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, high initiative, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work and a fast-paced team environment.
• Discipline, quick responses, flexibility, and good personality.
