About this position
Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT Support.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (a plus).
• Knowledge of Computer hardware and software systems, Network administration, computer networks, and server network configuration and installation (Mikrotik, VLAN Management, Access Point, and Network Security).
• Skills in System administration, managing and configuring servers (Linux Server, Windows Server).
• Managing company-used SAAS (Google Workspace, Office 365, and MDM).
