Maintenance Manager
About this position
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and organizing all process activities in the maintenance department, improving total preventive maintenance, managing research and feasibility studies, directing daily activities of the maintenance staff, examining new materials and technologies, and controlling the maintenance department's budget.
Responsibilities
• Plan and organize all process activities in the maintenance Department, including Boiler, Intake and Water Treatment.
• Improve TPM (total preventive maintenance)
• Manage research, feasibility studies, and cost breakdown related with Maintenance department.
• Direct the daily activities of the Maintenance staff.
• Continually examine all new materials, processes, procedures, and technology in the engineering field.
• Budget and effectively control expenses of maintenance Department.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Maintenance Manager from textile, chemical or beverage industry.
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written, Mandarin is priority.
• Analytical and mathematical skills.
• Able to evaluate and solve various complex problems.
• Leadership skills required to manage and develop a team.
• Good problem solving skills and able to train and mentor others.
• Understand the ISO 9001 system and understand the aspects of hazards/risks and their control (HIRADC).
• Good leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team, adaptive, detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
