Responsibilities
• Prospect and acquire new B2B clients within the Horeca sector, specifically focusing on tableware sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers, chefs, and decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
• Present and promote our range of tableware products to potential clients through product demonstrations, samples, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
• Proven experience 2-3 years as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the B2B Horeca sector, with a focus on tableware sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of tableware products and their applications in the hospitality industry.
• Strong sales skills with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as required and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
