The HRGA Supervisor will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, HR and GA administration, and all administrative duties required by the HR Manager. They will also be in charge of scheduling and taking minutes of meetings as needed, as well as the registration and maintenance of BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
Responsibilities
• Handle end to end recruitment process.
• Handle HR and GA administration.
• Do all administrative duties required by HR Manager.
• Scheduling and taking minutes of meeting HR needed.
• Registered & Maintanance BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have experience to handle HR matters.
• Familiar With psychological test tool.
• Good interpersonal skill, confident, proactive and eager to learn.
• Fast learner, quick, detail oriented, and highly initiatives.
• Able to multitask and work underpressure.
• Familiar with legal issue / regulation.
• Willing to Place in Kabupaten Semarang
