About this position
The Director's Assistant (Mandarin Translator & Interpreter) is responsible for supporting the Director in daily operations, ensuring adherence to standards, and coordinating with department heads to optimize results.
Responsibilities
• Assist Director with daily oversight of operations including scheduling as assigned.
• Assist Director in the execution of the strategic vision by monitoring all operations & ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Coordinate efforts with department heads to maximize results.
• Maintain current knowledge of operation, products, and procedures within a given department.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Essential Skills: Proven ability in strategic planning, effective prioritization, project management, and efficient time management.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with practical experience in databases, spreadsheets, and internet research.
• Personal Traits: A well-groomed and professional appearance, with the ability to understand responsibilities, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Chinese Language Professional Working Proficiency, English intermediate level is a must.
• Experience in manufacture will be a plus point.
• Must be willing to be based in Kabupaten Semarang and Melbourne, Australia if needed.
