Responsibilities

• Execute Equipment Supply Projects delivered through UOP Indonesia and UOP Asian Regional hub in Malaysia.
• Work with Project Managers to manage projects in accordance to company’s operating guidelines and work procedures from proposal stage, project award, delivery and warranty phase.
• Assist Project Manager to maintain project scope, cost, schedule, quality control, manage variation orders, coordinate detailed design/procurement/fabrication and delivery of assigned projects.
• Act as Engineering Coordinator to manage/oversee engineering interface between UOP and customers, and with Detailed Design Engineering vendors as required.
• Coordinate inspection activities with local vendors/fabricators per procedures and timeline. Work with Logistic to coordinate logistic activities and ensure trade compliance.
• Manage project interfaces: coordinating detailed design, procurement, fabrication and delivery of assigned projects. Assist to supervise/manage fabrication and site mechanical completion work as required for Equipment projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
• Min 8 years of Experience in Gas / Refining / Petrochemicals industry in project engineering/EPCC.
• Familiarity to relevant industrial Codes and Standards.
• Experience in coordinating project packages and multi-discipline interactions.
• Promote customer relationships.
• You artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
• You find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
• People who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
• People who are Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Some experience in engineering.
