About this position

The Customs & Logistics Professional will be responsible for managing customs and logistics operations, coordinating with teams and related parties, and ensuring efficient processes and relationships with customs authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and be responsible for the overall operations
• Coordinate with team and related parties
• Support simplification and standardization of process to accelerate and enhance efficiencies
• Implementing SOP improvement to increase performance and achieve target by improve efficiencie and productivity
• Build and maintain good relationship with customs and related parties
• Run daily operation for customs and logistics
• Coordinate with BC officer for IN-OUT HLI shipment
• Monitor shipment until designation place

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Certify as PPJK lisence
• Have experience to handle planning and managing Customs & Logistics operations
• Strong knowledge on Logistics and Customs procedures, policies update
• Good knowledge about Import-Export procedures and policies especially related to Bonded/Kawasan Berikat
• Knowledgeable about all type Customs document
• Knowledgeable about type of facility given related to Import-Export business
• Knowledgeable about geographical area
• Knowledgeable of asset and transportation business process
• Fluent in English is a must, able to speak Korean is great advantages
• Have experience as Manager to manage team
• Willing to placement in Karawang & Interview offline in Karawang
