About this position
The Corporate Management position requires a Korean speaker with experience in General Affairs, responsible for organizing company events, managing facilities, and procuring goods.
Responsibilities
• Organize and manage company events, meeting and other activities
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility-related service such as cleaning, security and lanscaping
• Ensure all facilities (such as office equipment and public facilities are functioning properly and in optimal condition
• Procure the company's goods needs
• Manage the maintenance and repair of office facilities including the organization of the working environment, cleanliness and security
Requirements
• Min. bachelor degree (S1) any major
• Korean speaker and have TOPIK certificate
• Have experience as General Affair in manufacturing
• Open for fresh graduate with Korean Speaker abilities
• Willing to work in karawang
