About this position

The Quality Incoming (Calibration) position in Cikampek requires a candidate with a diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering and Industry, at least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry, proficiency in English, familiarity with measuring tools and calibration, MS Office skills, willingness to work shifts and overtime, and willingness to work in Cikampek.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the creation, checking, and management of quality guidance in the related work processes in measuring (new model parts, localization, analysis, 4M parts, measurement tools, BSTB, SST, etc.).
• Conduct trials and provide trial test reports for regular mass production parts.
• Prepare parts that will be sent to KN.
• Carry out continuous improvement through analysis, development, improvement, innovation, and inspection of processes and work results.
• Implement the applicable procedures (quality system procedure) to maintain the quality of processes and products.
• Conduct verification processes and provide quality recommendations for new machines or existing changes.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for received claims and ensure continuous improvement.
• Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports to relevant superiors regarding the work.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor from Engineering and Industry.
• Experienced in manufacture industry (Quality) Minimum 1 year.
• Proficient in English (both oral & written).
• Understand and accustomed to using measuring tools.
• Understanding Calibration.
• Proficient using MS Office.
• Willing to work shift and overtime.
• Willing to work at Cikampek.
