About this position

The Finish Good Supervisor at Cikampek is responsible for overseeing the manpower budget, ensuring timely delivery to customers, developing manpower, controlling stock of finish goods, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Manpower Budget and Overtime control
• Make sure delivery as customer request
• Development man power at finish good dept.
• Stock finish good control as standard
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report
• Make and develop operational standard and rules at finish good

Requirements

• Graduate as Diploma or Bachelor's Degree major in engineering, management or equivalent
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Able to speak, write and read in English
• Have a good communication skill and personality
• Good analytical thinking
